Is this a powder or capsules?

It is a flavored powder in a 10.4-ounce tub, despite the capsule form listed in some specs. You scoop it into a drink.

How does it compare with plain collagen?

Plain collagen targets skin, hair, nails and joints. This adds botanicals and adaptogens marketed for hormone balance, so it costs more and does more than collagen alone.

What does it taste like?

It is vanilla flavored. Most buyers find it drinkable in coffee or smoothies, but some say it is too sweet.

How much does it cost?

The best new price is $41.21 at Fruitful Yield as of November 7, 2026. Only one store price is tracked, so there is little to compare.

Can it replace hormone therapy?

No. It is a supplement, not a treatment. Talk to a doctor about menopause or hormone symptoms before relying on it.
