Is the Anker 737 Power Bank worth it at $98.99?

At $98.99 at Amazon as of November 4, 2026, it is a strong price for a 140W, 24,000mAh laptop power bank. It is worth it if you need to charge a USB-C laptop on the go; phone-only users can spend far less.

Can it charge a MacBook Pro?

Yes. The USB-C port supports up to 140W Power Delivery 3.1, enough to fast-charge a 16-inch MacBook Pro. Expect roughly one partial-to-full laptop charge from the 24,000mAh capacity.

Can I take it on a plane?

Yes. Its capacity is about 86Wh, under the 100Wh limit most airlines allow in carry-on baggage. It must stay in the cabin, not checked luggage.

How long does it take to recharge the power bank?

With a 140W USB-C charger it refills in roughly an hour or so; with a standard 20W to 30W charger it can take several hours. No wall charger is included, only a USB-C cable.

The power bank, a USB-C cable and a welcome guide, backed by Anker's 24-month warranty. There is no wall adapter and no AC outlet on the unit.

How does it compare with the older PowerCore 24K?

The 737 is the newer model with a 140W output and a smart display, versus lower wattage and no screen on earlier 24K packs. Choose the 737 if you charge laptops; older models are fine for phones and tablets.
