Questions and answers

Is the C1200 better than a standard 4K camera?
Yes, while 4K is typically 8MP, the C1200 uses a 12MP sensor. This provides higher pixel density, allowing you to zoom into recorded footage with less blurring.
Does it require a subscription for motion alerts?
No, Annke cameras typically handle AI detection and alerts locally without mandatory monthly fees, though you will need an NVR or microSD card for storage.
How does the dual-light system work?
The camera uses infrared for discrete monitoring in the dark but automatically triggers bright white LEDs when it detects a person or vehicle to capture color detail.
Is a power adapter included in the box?
As a PoE camera, it is designed to be powered via the Ethernet cable. A separate 12V DC power supply is usually not included and must be purchased if you aren't using a PoE switch.
