Is it really smokeless?

It reduces smoke compared with an open grill, but fatty foods still smoke some. Use it under a hood or near a window.

Can I grill and griddle at the same time?

No. It has one plate with a grill side and a griddle side, so you use one surface at a time.

At 1800 watts it draws close to a full 15-amp circuit. Avoid sharing the outlet with other high-wattage appliances.

The grill/griddle base, the dual-surface nonstick plate, a detachable glass lid and a removable grease drip tray.

The nonstick plate and drip tray are dishwasher safe. The electric base and cord are not; wipe them clean.
