Our take on the Aroma360 Museum360 XL Scent Diffuser

The Aroma360 Museum360 XL is a commercial-grade scent diffuser that connects to an existing HVAC system and releases fragrance continuously through the ductwork. It uses 500mL fragrance bottles and pre-selected concentration levels, and Aroma360 says it uses essential oils without residue-creating sprays. It is a large, permanent install at roughly 37 cm tall and 7 inches wide, aimed at homes and businesses that want whole-space scenting. The best new price is $1,199.97 at Aroma360 as of November 6, 2026, and it is the only new price listed.

Pros
  • Scent is distributed evenly through existing HVAC ductwork

  • High owner rating: 4.9 out of 5 from 116 ratings
Cons
  • Expensive at $1,199.97, before fragrance costs
  • Requires HVAC integration, so installation is not plug-and-play
  • Only works where a compatible ducted system exists
  • Proprietary 500mL Aroma360 bottles limit fragrance choice
  • Large footprint for a diffuser at about 37 cm tall

Questions and answers

Does the Museum360 XL need an HVAC system?
Yes. It is designed to mount into an existing HVAC system and distribute scent through the ductwork. It will not work as a standalone room diffuser.
How often do I change the fragrance bottle?
It takes 500mL Aroma360 bottles and runs continuously at pre-selected concentration levels. How long a bottle lasts depends on the concentration setting and how much the system runs.
Is $1,199.97 a good price?
It is the only new price listed, $1,199.97 at Aroma360 as of November 6, 2026, so there is no lower new price to compare against. Factor in the cost of installation and ongoing 500mL refills.
Can I use other brands' fragrance oils in it?
Aroma360 specifies its own 500mL fragrance bottles for this unit. Using other oils is not described as supported and may affect performance.
How large a space can it scent?
Coverage depends on the HVAC system it is tied into, since the scent travels through the ducts. Aroma360 positions it for both home and business use.
What comes in the box?
The listing covers the diffuser unit itself; fragrance bottles are sold separately. Confirm mounting hardware and installation requirements with Aroma360 before ordering.
Where is the Aroma360 Museum360 XL Scent Diffuser cheapest?
At Aroma360, for $1,199.97, as of our latest check.
