The Ashton-Drake So Truly Real Little Buddy is an 18-inch collectible baby boy doll with a weighted cloth body, poseable limbs and hand-rooted hair. A magnetic pacifier and clothing are included, and the vinyl-and-cloth build is meant to feel like holding a real infant. At $60.00 on eBay as of November 5, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range, well under what the So Truly Real line typically costs new.

Owners of the So Truly Real line generally praise the lifelike weight and detailing, and Little Buddy fits that pattern. Complaints tend to focus on hair shedding and the doll being more display piece than toy.
