Our take on the Astercook 20 Piece Pots and Pans Set Non Stick Cookware Set with Detachable Handle

The Astercook 20-piece nonstick set is a starter cookware kit built around detachable Bakelite-and-silicone handles, so pans stack compactly and go from stovetop to oven to table. It works on induction, gas, ceramic and other stovetops, is oven safe to 400°F, and comes in cream white. The best new price is $60.99 at Newegg.com as of November 5, 2026, with 4 stores selling it new.

Pros
  • Detachable handles let pans nest and stack, saving cabinet space
  • Works on induction, gas and ceramic hobs
  • Oven safe to 400°F with handles removed
  • 20 pieces cover fry pans, saucepans and a stock pot
  • Low entry price for a full set
Cons
  • Nonstick coating on budget sets tends to wear within a year or two
  • Detachable handles must be checked tight and can loosen with heavy loads
  • Bakelite handles are not oven safe, so pans need the handle off in the oven
  • Thin-gauge aluminum can warp or heat unevenly on high gas burners
