Is the RTX 5060 enough for 1440p gaming?

Yes for most titles at high settings, especially with DLSS. The 8GB of VRAM is the limit: very demanding games at maximum textures may need settings lowered.

Can I upgrade the RAM and storage?

The Strix G16 uses SO-DIMM memory and M.2 slots, so both are user-replaceable. Going to 32GB of RAM is the upgrade most owners of 16GB machines consider first.

Is the 300Hz screen worth it?

For esports and fast shooters, yes: 300Hz with a 3ms response makes motion clearer than a 165Hz panel. For slower single-player games the benefit is smaller.

How is the battery life?

The 90Wh battery is large for this class, but a 300Hz gaming panel and a discrete GPU drain it fast. Expect a few hours of light use and much less while gaming.

What comes in the box?

The laptop, its power adapter and the usual paperwork. A mouse and headset are not included.
