The Aura Aspen 12 is a 12-inch Wi-Fi digital photo frame with a 1600x1200 (4:3) screen and a touchscreen, finished in a clay/beige tone. It is built for people who want to send photos to a frame from a phone, wherever they are, without fiddling with SD cards. At $229.99 at Best Buy as of November 7, 2026, it sits at the top of the 12-inch Aura line, so it is the pick when screen size and touch control matter more than price.

Owners of Aura frames generally praise the picture quality and how easy it is for relatives to send photos. The main complaints are the price and the fact that phone-shot photos don't fill the 4:3 screen.
