Questions and answers

Is the Avenco 12-inch hybrid good for side sleepers?
It is a medium feel, so many side sleepers find it comfortable, but heavier side sleepers may want more pressure relief at the shoulder and hip. Pair it with a supportive base and give it a few nights to break in.
Does it work on an adjustable bed?
Yes. Avenco lists it for adjustable beds, and the coil-and-foam build bends with the frame. Check that your base supports a 12-inch hybrid mattress.
How long does it take to expand after unboxing?
Most bed-in-a-box hybrids reach close to full height within 24 to 72 hours. Sleep on it sooner if you like, but expect the feel to change slightly as it expands.
Is it good for couples?
The pocketed coils limit some motion transfer, but hybrids still move more than all-foam beds. Couples with very different firmness preferences should weigh that before buying.
What size is this Queen?
It measures about 79.9 inches long and 59.8 inches wide, standard Queen dimensions. It fits standard Queen frames, sheets and foundations.
When is the best time to buy it?
Mattress prices move around holidays and sales events, so compare the current price against its recent range before buying. Use the price history on this page to see whether now is a low point.
