Is the Barefoot Dreams Kids Soft Ribbed Youth Set worth it?

It depends on how much you value the fabric. The bamboo-spandex ribbed knit is softer and stretchier than typical cotton pajamas, but you pay a premium for the Barefoot Dreams name. If your child likes close-fitting, soft sleepwear, it is a reasonable buy.

It is a fitted set, so the top and leggings sit close to the body. The spandex gives it stretch, but size up if your child prefers roomy pajamas or is between sizes.

What is the fabric and how do I care for it?

It is 97% rayon from bamboo and 3% spandex. Machine wash it and avoid high heat, since bamboo rayon can shrink and pill with rough washing or a hot dryer.

What comes in the set?

Two pieces: a long-sleeve round-neck top and matching leggings with an elastic waist. Both have lettuce edging, and the leggings carry the heart print.

Heart-print sleepwear is tied to Valentine's Day, so expect markdowns after mid-February and during end-of-season sales. Check the price history before buying.
