Our take on the Baseus Magnetic 5000mAh Power Bank

A slim 5,000 mAh magnetic power bank that snaps onto the back of a MagSafe iPhone and charges wirelessly, with a 20W USB-C port for wired top-ups. It weighs about 5.15 oz and has overcharge protection. At $29.99 at Baseus as of November 7, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range, with two stores listing it new.

Best foriPhone owners who want a pocketable magnetic top-upShort trips and commutes where a full charge isn't neededPeople who want wireless and wired charging in one small pack
Pros
  • Magnetically attaches to MagSafe iPhones without a cable
  • 20W USB-C output fast-charges phones over wire
  • Compact and light at about 5.15 oz
  • Overcharge protection built in
  • Low price for a magnetic pack at $29.99
Cons
  • 5,000 mAh gives roughly one phone charge, not more
  • Wireless charging is slower than the 20W wired port
  • Magnetic hold works best with MagSafe cases, not thick or non-magnetic ones
