Our take on the BedStory 14 Inch Queen Medium Firm Euro Top Hybrid Mattress

The BedStory 14-inch Euro top hybrid pairs fusion memory foam with individually pocketed coils for a medium-firm feel that the brand says suits every sleep position. It has a reinforced edge for edge-to-edge stability, and the foam and materials are CertiPUR-US and OEKO-TEX certified and fiberglass-free. The Euro top adds a plush layer over the support core, so it lands firmer than a pillow-top but softer than a dense all-foam bed.

Questions and answers

Is the BedStory 14-inch hybrid good for side sleepers?
It is medium firm, which many side sleepers find too firm at the shoulder and hip. Side sleepers under about 150 pounds may want a softer topper or a plush model.
Does it need a box spring?
No. The pocketed-coil core works on a platform bed, slatted frame or adjustable base. A box spring is optional and mainly adds height.
How long does it take to expand?
Most hybrid mattresses reach full height within 24 to 72 hours after unboxing. Sleep on it sooner if needed, but give it a few days before judging firmness.
Is it fiberglass-free?
Yes, BedStory lists it as fiberglass-free, with CertiPUR-US foams and OEKO-TEX certified materials.
What sizes does it come in?
It is sold in standard sizes including queen, king and California king. Check the listing for the size you need, since dimensions and price differ by size.
