Is the mattress included?

Yes. The Willarae ships with a bi-fold queen memory foam mattress that folds out from under the seat. No separate mattress purchase is needed.

How big a room does it need?

The sofa is 92 inches wide, 40 inches deep and 40 inches high. Leave several feet in front for the mattress to fold out and for walking space.

Can the seat cushions be removed?

The seat cushions are loose and removable for cleaning. The back cushions are attached and cannot be taken off.

Is the cover washable?

The upholstery is textured polyester. Spot clean it, and check the care tag before machine washing any loose cushion covers.

Is $707.99 a good price?

That is the lowest of five new prices as of November 6, 2026, at American Furniture Outlet. Queen sleepers with an included memory foam mattress often sell for more, so it is a fair deal at that figure.

Is it good for nightly sleeping?

It works for occasional guests. The bi-fold memory foam mattress is thinner than a standard queen mattress, so most people would not want it as their main bed.
