Questions and answers

Is it worth $24.99?
For a toddler or preschooler who wants a guitar to hold and press, yes. It is a sound toy, not a starter instrument, so don't expect it to teach chords or last for years.
What age is it for?
It suits roughly ages 2 to 6 best. The listing says all ages, but the size and plastic build fit small kids, and older children will likely find it too simple.
What comes in the box?
The guitar, a microphone, a stand and a media cord. The cord connects a smartphone or MP3 player so its music plays through the toy.
Does it need batteries?
Yes, it runs on batteries for the note buttons and sound. Check the battery compartment on arrival, since weak batteries are a common cause of no sound.
Can it connect to a phone?
Yes, through the included media cord. It plays audio from a phone or MP3 player, but it does not pair over Bluetooth.
When is it cheapest?
Toy prices like this drop around Black Friday and before the holidays. The current best is $24.99 at Walmart as of November 5, 2026, so compare the other 3 stores before buying.
