- Is this tree LED or incandescent?
- It uses incandescent bulbs, 700 of them on the 6-foot model. They give a warm white glow but use more electricity and run warmer than LED.
- How wide is the 6-foot tree?
- It is a pencil tree, so the base is narrow compared with a full-width spruce. That slim footprint is the main reason buyers pick it for corners and hallways.
- Does it come with ornaments?
- No ornaments are included. The berries and pine cones are attached to the branches, and the lights are pre-strung.
- How long does assembly take?
- Best Choice Products lists a three-step setup. Owners generally describe it as a few minutes of connecting sections and fluffing branches.
- Is it safe near a fireplace?
- The PVC branches are flame-retardant, but keep any artificial tree away from open flames and heat sources, and don't overload the outlet.
- When is the price lowest?
- Artificial trees usually discount hardest in late November and right after Christmas. At $147.99 at Best Buy as of November 7, 2026, it is already near the bottom of its recent range.
