Is 120,000 BTU too much for normal camping?

It is far more heat than a two-person camp kitchen needs. It suits large groups, big pots and frying, where the extra output saves time.

How long does a propane tank last?

A standard 20 lb tank holds about 430,000 BTU, so at full output on both burners you get roughly 3.5 hours. Cooking at lower settings stretches that considerably.

Does it come with a regulator and hose?

A gas hose is included. Check that the regulator matches your tank and that the hose reaches your setup before your first trip.

Can I use it indoors or in a garage?

No. Propane burners this size produce carbon monoxide and must run outdoors in a well-ventilated area.

What size pots fit on it?

The two burners are spaced for large stockpots and frying pans. Measure your widest pot against the burner spacing if you plan to use two big pots at once.
