- Do I need a box spring with this bed?
- No. It is a platform bed with wood slats, so a mattress sits directly on the frame.
- What mattress thickness works with the adjustable headboard?
- The headboard height adjusts, so it can be set to sit above standard mattresses of roughly 8 to 14 inches. Set it after the mattress is in place.
- How much weight does it hold?
- Bestier rates the queen frame for up to 1,100 lb total.
- Is the LED light included and does it need batteries?
- The lighted headboard is built in and runs on power, not batteries, so the bed needs to be near an outlet.
- Is $139 a good price?
- It is the lowest of the three stores listing it new as of November 7, 2026, so it is a strong price for a queen upholstered platform bed with a drawer.
- Does it come in other sizes?
- This listing is the queen size. Check the Bestier listing for other sizes before ordering.
