It is assembled in the USA and aimed at sleepers who want natural materials without a fully foam build. The Full size measures 75 by 38 inches. Questions and answers

Is the Birch Natural Mattress good for side sleepers?
It is medium-firm, which many side sleepers find too firm at the shoulder and hip. Side sleepers under about 150 pounds may prefer a softer topper or a plusher model.
Does it need a box spring?
No box spring is required. It works on a slatted bed frame, platform bed or adjustable base; a foundation is not included.
Is the cover washable?
No. Birch does not recommend removing the cover for washing. Spot clean it and use a mattress protector instead.
What is the Full size measurement?
The Full is 75 inches long and 38 inches wide, the standard full mattress size.
Is it hot to sleep on?
The wool layer and pocketed coils allow more airflow than all-foam mattresses, and most owners report it sleeps cool.
When is the best time to buy?
Birch and its retailers discount most around major holiday sales such as Memorial Day, Labor Day and Black Friday. Check the price history before buying outside those windows.
