The BISSELL CleanView Swivel Pet 3836 is a corded upright vacuum built for homes with pets. It pairs a Triple Action brush roll with Scatter-Free Technology to keep debris from spraying back, and the swivel steering plus a 12-foot active extension wand help reach under and around furniture. The XL Easy Empty dirt tank means fewer trips to the bin, and pet tools come in the box. At $119.97 at Amazon as of November 3, 2026, it sits at the low end of what this model typically sells for, so the current price is a good one.
