Is the BISSELL PowerClean DualBrush good on carpet?

BISSELL lists carpet and rugs as its recommended surface, and the two motorized brush rolls are built for that. It is less proven on bare hard floors.

Does it work as a handheld?

Yes. It is a 2-in-1 design, so the stick section detaches for stairs, upholstery and car interiors.

Does it have a HEPA filter?

Yes. It uses a HEPA filter, which helps trap fine dust and allergens. The filter needs periodic washing or replacement.

How much does it cost?

The best new price is $292 at Walmart as of November 7, 2026. That is the only new price tracked, so there is no recent low or high to compare.

What comes in the box?

Expect the vacuum, its battery and charger, and the handheld configuration. Check the listing for any extra tools before buying.

There is no price history to point to a cheapest time. With one store pricing it, watch for a second seller or a holiday sale before assuming a discount.
