Is the BISSELL PowerForce Helix 3313U worth it?

At $59.76 at Walmart as of November 8, 2026, it is a low-cost upright for light carpet and hard-floor cleanup. Expect basic suction and plastic build, not deep-cleaning performance.

Does it work on hardwood floors?

BISSELL lists hardwood and tile among its surfaces. The specs show no brushroll shutoff or height adjustment, so check for scatter on bare floors.

How long is the cord?

The cord is 23 feet, enough to clean a room or two from one outlet. You will still need to replug in larger homes.

Do I need to buy bags?

No. It is bagless with a 1-gallon bin and a washable filter, so ongoing costs are low.

How does it compare with the PowerForce Helix Turbo?

The Turbo adds a pet turbo tool and more aggressive brushroll for stairs and upholstery. This 3313U is the plainer, cheaper version.

Its best new price found is $59.76 at Walmart as of November 8, 2026. Budget uprights like this often drop around Black Friday and back-to-school sales.
