Is this vacuum good for pet hair?

It is marketed for pets and has a HEPA filter, so it catches dander and surface hair. Expect it to handle light daily pickup, not heavy shedding on deep pile.

Does it work on hard floors?

It is an upright built mainly for carpet. On bare floors the spinning brush can scatter debris, so use it carefully or rely on a hard-floor tool.

How often do I empty the bin?

The bin holds 0.45 gallons, so with pet hair expect to empty it after most sessions. That is small compared with many uprights.

What does Alexa support actually do?

Alexa support on this vacuum is limited to basic voice or app conveniences, not full robotic cleaning. Do not buy it expecting smart scheduling or mapping.

Is it worth it over a cordless stick vacuum?

If you want constant suction and a lower price, the corded upright makes sense. If you need reach into corners and stairs without an outlet, a cordless stick is more convenient.

What comes in the box?

Typically the upright, a crevice or dusting tool, and the manual. Check the listing for the exact attachments included.
