Is the 28-inch Blackstone worth it over the 22-inch?

Yes for families. The 28-inch adds about 6 inches of width and a second full heat zone, which matters when cooking for four or more. The 22-inch is lighter and cheaper if you mostly cook for two.

Does it come with a propane tank or hose?

No tank is included. It uses a standard 20 lb propane tank with the included regulator and hose, so budget for a tank if you do not have one.

How long does it take to assemble and season?

Assembly is roughly 30 to 60 minutes with two people. Seasoning the griddle top takes about an hour of heating and thin oil coats, then it is ready to cook.

Can I use it on a patio or does it need to be outside?

Use it outdoors only. Propane griddles produce carbon monoxide and enough smoke and grease that a garage or covered porch without ventilation is not safe.
