Is the Blackview Oscal 13.4 good for gaming?

Only for light games. The Unisoc octa-core chip and Mali-G57 GPU handle casual titles, but demanding 3D games will run at low settings and frame rates.

Does the 24 GB RAM mean it is fast?

Not by itself. Much of that figure is often virtual RAM extended from storage, and real speed depends on the Unisoc processor, which is entry-level.

Can I add more storage?

Yes. It has 256 GB built in and a Micro SD card slot for expansion.

Is the screen bright enough for outdoor use?

At 350 cd/m² it is fine indoors but dim in direct sunlight. The 178-degree viewing angle keeps colors stable from the side.

Does it work with a SIM card?

It is sold unlocked with no cellular plan. Check the listing for a SIM slot before buying if you need mobile data; most units in this line are Wi-Fi only.

The only new price listed is $159.99 at Walmart as of November 8, 2026. Black Friday and back-to-school periods are the usual times for tablet discounts.
