Our take on the Blenders Coastal X2 Sunglasses

The Blenders Coastal X2 is a full-frame metal sunglass with green polarized lenses and UV protection, sold as a unisex adult style. The polarized lens cuts glare off water and pavement, which is the main reason to pick it over a plain tinted pair. At $31.05 at Steep & Cheap as of November 7, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range, well under the $50–$60 Blenders typically asks for metal-frame polarized styles.

Pros

Polarized green lenses cut glare from water and roads
UV protection for full sun exposure
Metal full-frame build feels sturdier than cheap plastic frames
Unisex shape suits a wide range of faces
Around $31 is low for polarized sunglasses

Cons

Metal frames can bend out of shape if sat on or dropped
Green lens tint shifts colors and is not ideal for low light
No mention of a hard case or cleaning cloth in the box
Polarized lenses can darken some car dashboards and phone screens
