Is the Flex 3.0 Duallie good for actual running?

Yes. It is a true jogging stroller with a locking front wheel, hand brake and 16-inch rear tires. It is heavy, so it suits steady training runs more than fast tempo work.

Can I use it from birth?

Yes, with the seats reclined flat for newborns, or with infant car seat adapters. The car seat and adapters are not included.

Will it fit through a standard door?

At 30.5 inches wide it fits most standard 32-inch doorways, but check your door width and any narrow gates first.

How does it compare to the single Flex 3.0?

It uses the same frame design and wheels but carries two children side by side. It is wider and heavier than the single, so it is harder to store and lift.

What is included in the box?

The stroller with both seats, canopies and harnesses. Car seat adapters, a parent console and a rain cover are sold separately.
