Is the Speedhorse XT worth it over the standard PM-4500?

If you work on uneven ground or need to match the height of a table saw or bench, the adjustable legs are worth the extra cost. On flat floors the fixed-height PM-4500 does the same job for less.

How much weight can one Speedhorse XT hold?

Bora rates it at 1,500 lbs per unit. For cutting full sheets of plywood, use two units with a beam across them.

What height range does it adjust to?

Each leg adjusts from 30 to 36 inches in 1-inch increments. Legs move independently, so you can level it on sloped or uneven ground.

Does it fold flat for storage?

Yes. A lever releases the legs and the unit folds flat for transport and storage.

When is the best time to buy it?

Prices vary a lot between stores. The best new price was $89.98 at The Home Depot as of November 4, 2026, against a recent high of $197.99, so buying near that low is a good move.
