Does it really hold 400 lb?

The product name says up to 400 lb, but the listed specs give a 300 lb maximum load. Treat 300 lb as the safer figure unless the seller confirms otherwise.

Is the seat height adjustable?

The seat height is listed at 14.5 inches, which is low for a desk chair. Check with the seller whether the gas lift adjusts and by how much before buying.

The seat depth is 20.8 inches and the chair measures 22 x 22 x 46.4 inches overall. That gives a roomy seat for larger users.

Does it come assembled?

No. Assembly is required, and the chair weighs about 39 lb boxed.

Is $109.99 a good price?

It is the only new price listed, $109.99 at Walmart as of November 7, 2026, so there is no competing new-store price to compare. Big-and-tall chairs with metal frames often cost more.

How do I clean the upholstery?

The leather-look cover is wipe-clean. Use a damp cloth and avoid soaking the foam padding.
