Can it charge two laptops at full speed at once?

No. The 140W is a total budget shared between the two outputs, so each laptop gets less than it would alone. A single laptop can draw the full 140W if your charger supports it.

Do I need a special charger?

Yes. The cable passes through power from your USB-C charger, so the wattage you get depends on that charger. To reach 140W you need a 140W-or-higher USB-C power adapter.

Is it USB-IF certified?

Belkin lists Intertek certification (TE-00114861) rather than a USB-IF logo. That covers electrical safety and construction, not necessarily full USB Power Delivery compliance testing.

One braided USB-C to dual USB-C cable, 60 inches long. No charger is included.

Is $29.99 a good price?

It is the best new price among 9 stores as of November 4, 2026, and sits at the low end of its recent range. Dual-output 140W cables from major brands often list higher.

Does it transfer data?

Belkin markets it as a charging cable and does not state a data rate. Treat it as charge-only unless the listing says otherwise.
