Is 52.4 sq ft enough for my shed roof?

It covers a flat area of about 52.4 sq ft, roughly a 7 by 7.5 foot roof. Overlaps for side and end laps cut the usable area, so buy an extra pack for anything close to that size.

How thick are these panels?

They are 0.25 mm, about 0.01 inch, of galvanized steel. That is thin sheet for roofing, fine for sheds and patching but not for a house roof.

Do the panels include screws or trim?

The listing covers the 10 panels only. You will need to buy roofing screws with washers, plus ridge and edge trim separately.

Can I walk on these panels?

No. At 0.25 mm the steel flexes and dents under weight. Work from ladders or boards laid across the roof instead.

Is $238 a good price for this pack?

The Home Depot lists it at $238.00 as of November 6, 2026, and it is the only new price we track. That works out to about $4.54 per sq ft, which is typical for thin galvanized panels.
