Is the BPC-110 electric or stovetop?

It is a stovetop pressure cooker. You heat it on a range burner and control pressure with the heat, so there is no plug or electric control panel.

How big is 7 gallons in quarts?

Seven gallons is about 27 quarts, far larger than typical 6- to 8-quart kitchen pressure cookers. It is sized for canning and very large batches.

Can I use it on an induction cooktop?

No. The body is aluminum, which does not work on induction ranges. Use gas, electric coil or ceramic cooktops.

Is it dishwasher safe?

The listing says dishwasher safe, but hand washing the aluminum body is gentler on its finish and avoids discoloration.

Is $99.99 a good price?

It is the only new price listed, $99.99 at Nordstrom as of November 7, 2026, so there is no recent range to judge it against. Compare it with other large aluminum stovetop canners before buying.

The listing does not detail included parts. Expect the cooker body and lid; check with the seller for a rack, trivet or manual before ordering.
