Is percale good for hot sleepers?

Yes. Percale is a plain weave that lets air through and feels cool to the touch, so it suits warm rooms and people who sleep hot.

What comes in the two-piece set?

A Twin duvet cover and one Twin sheet. It does not include a pillowcase or a second sheet.

Will it soften over time?

Yes. Cotton percale typically feels crisp and slightly stiff when new and softens with repeated washing.

Percale wrinkles more than sateen. Line drying or a short tumble and prompt folding keeps it neater.

Is 270 thread count good?

For percale, yes. Around 200 to 300 is a normal range, and a lower count often means a lighter, more breathable weave.

Is the bundle cheaper than buying separately?

Usually. Bundles are priced below the combined cost of the duvet cover and sheet bought on their own.

Our take on the Brooklinen Classic Percale Duvet & Sheet Bundle

A two-piece Twin set from Brooklinen's Classic line: a percale duvet cover and one sheet in 270-thread-count cotton. Percale is a crisp, matte, plain weave that feels cool and gets softer with washing, which is why it suits hot sleepers and warm rooms. The bundle is the cheaper way to buy the duvet cover and sheet together than as separates. It is a light, breathable setup rather than a plush or sateen one.
