Is this sheet set worth it?

If you sleep hot and want genuine 100% linen, it is a reasonable buy at 4.2 out of 5 from 445 ratings. If you want smooth, wrinkle-free sheets, cotton or a linen blend will suit you better.

Will it fit a deep mattress?

Yes. The fitted sheet has deep pockets rated for mattresses up to 15 inches. Measure your mattress plus any topper before buying.

Do linen sheets get softer?

Yes. Linen softens with each wash and wears in over several months. Expect a crisp, slightly rough feel for the first few washes.

How do I care for them?

Machine wash in cool water on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low or line dry. Skip fabric softener, which coats the fibers, and accept some wrinkling as normal for linen.

What is included in the set?

Four pieces: a flat sheet, a fitted sheet and two pillowcases measuring 20x40 inches with a 4-inch hem. Check that your pillows match that size.

When is the price lowest?

Linen bedding tends to drop during seasonal home sales and end-of-season clearances. Check the price history before buying to see whether the current price is near its low.

Our take on the Brooklyn Loom Sheet Set

The Brooklyn Loom Sheet Set is a 4-piece 100% linen set with 300 thread count, a plain weave and deep pockets that fit mattresses up to 15 inches. Linen wicks moisture and breathes better than cotton, so it suits hot sleepers, though it starts crisp and wrinkles. Pillowcases are 20x40 inches with a 4-inch hem, and the set is OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified and machine washable. It holds a 4.2 out of 5 from 445 ratings.
