- Can I put more than one line of text on it?
- CafePress text mugs are set up for a short message, typically a name, date or a few words. Long paragraphs get shrunk to fit and become hard to read, so keep it brief.
- Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?
- CafePress ceramic mugs with printed designs are generally dishwasher and microwave safe. Hand washing keeps the print looking new longer.
- How long does a personalized mug take to arrive?
- Personalized items are printed to order, so expect several business days of production before shipping. That makes it a poor choice for a last-minute gift.
- Can I return it if the text is wrong?
- Personalized items are usually non-returnable unless the mug arrives damaged or the print does not match what you submitted. Check your text carefully before ordering.
- Is $17.99 a good price for this mug?
- It is the only new price listed as of November 6, 2026, so there is nothing to compare against. A plain ceramic mug costs a few dollars; you are paying for the personalization.
- What size is the mug?
- It is a standard 11 oz ceramic mug, the common size for coffee and tea. It fits typical single-serve brewers and most cup holders.
