Our take on the Callaway Big Bertha REVA Hybrid

The Big Bertha REVA is Callaway's hybrid built for women, with a 30° loft, a 455 cup face and tungsten weighting placed to raise launch and cut side spin. The large, high-volume head and enhanced offset make it forgiving on off-center hits and help square the face. At $139 at bogeys2Birdies as of November 5, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent new-price range across three stores.

Pros
  • 30° loft launches high and lands soft
  • Tungsten weighting adds forgiveness low in the head
  • Enhanced offset helps close the face
  • Large head and cup face widen the sweet spot
  • Adjustable hosel lets you tune loft and lie
  • Ships with a headcover
Cons
  • Offset and big head look bulky to low handicappers
  • Only one loft listed, so gapping is limited
  • Graphite shaft and women's flex won't suit stronger swings
  • Adjustability adds a setting to check before you buy

Questions and answers

Is the Big Bertha REVA hybrid worth it?
For women who struggle with long irons, yes. The high launch, offset and tungsten weighting make it one of the more forgiving hybrids at this price. At $139 at bogeys2Birdies as of November 5, 2026, it is priced at the low end of its recent range.
What does the 30° loft replace?
It covers roughly a 5 or 6 iron for most women, depending on swing speed. Check your iron lofts before buying to keep even gaps.
Is the hosel adjustable?
Yes. The adjustable hosel lets a fitter change loft and lie to tune trajectory and shot shape.
What shaft and grip come with it?
It comes with a Callaway RCH graphite shaft in women's flex (45i) and a Tour Velvet 360 grip. A headcover is included.
How does it compare with a Big Bertha iron?
The hybrid's larger head and lower center of gravity launch higher and are more forgiving than the equivalent iron. It suits slower swings and players who want help getting the ball airborne.
When is it cheapest?
Prices move with model cycles, and the current $139 at bogeys2Birdies as of November 5, 2026 is already near the bottom of its recent range. Watch for clearance when Callaway replaces the line.
