Is the Calvin Klein Icon Cotton Modal Bikini worth it?

At a discount it is a solid everyday brief: soft modal blend, good stretch and a clean logo waistband. At full list price it costs more than basic cotton bikinis that perform similarly.

How does the cotton modal blend compare with all-cotton Calvin Klein bikinis?

The modal makes this pair softer and more drapey than the all-cotton version, and it dries a little faster. All-cotton holds up slightly better to hot washes.

What sizes does it come in?

It is sold in XS, S, M, L and XL in regular sizing. Most owners report it fits true to size, so order your usual underwear size.

Does the waistband show under clothes?

The logo waistband sits at the low-rise hip line, so it stays hidden under most jeans and leggings. Under thin or sheer fabrics the lettering can show through.

How should I wash it to keep the modal from pilling?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid hot water and high heat, which break down modal fibers faster.

Calvin Klein underwear is discounted most often during seasonal sales and multi-pair promotions. Buying a pack or several pairs at once usually lowers the per-pair price.

Our take on the Calvin Klein Women's Icon Cotton Modal Script Bikini

The Calvin Klein Women's Icon Cotton Modal Script Bikini is a low-rise bikini brief in a cotton, modal and spandex blend, with the Calvin Klein logo script on the elastic waistband. The modal content makes it softer and more fluid than an all-cotton brief, and the stretch holds its shape through the day. It is a core everyday style sold in sizes XS through XL, widely discounted from its list price, so it is usually a low-cost buy rather than a splurge.
