Our take on the Camelparty AI Smart Glasses with 12MP Camera 4K Recording

The Camelparty AI Smart Glasses are full-rim performance-style frames with a 12MP camera and 4K video recording, aimed at people who want hands-free capture without a separate action cam. The lenses are transparent with a claimed UV400 rating, so they work as everyday glasses rather than sunglasses. The frame is a medium 53-55 mm fit. No current price or price history is available for this model, so there is no recent range to compare against.

Pros
  • 12MP stills and 4K video from a glasses form factor
  • UV400-rated transparent lenses suit indoor and overcast use
  • Full-rim medium frame (53-55 mm) fits most adult faces
  • No separate camera or mount to carry
  • Performance-style shape stays put during activity
Cons
  • Transparent lenses give no sun glare protection
  • Battery life in a glasses frame is typically short for 4K recording
  • No listed price history makes it hard to judge the current deal
  • Smart-glasses cameras draw privacy concerns in public spaces
  • Little independent testing of the brand's image quality

Questions and answers

Is it worth buying over a GoPro or phone?
It wins on convenience: nothing to mount, nothing to hold. A GoPro or phone will beat it on stabilization, low-light video and battery life. Buy it if hands-free capture matters more than footage quality.
How long can it record on a charge?
Camelparty does not publish a reliable figure, and glasses this size typically manage well under an hour of 4K. Expect to charge after short sessions and keep a power bank for longer outings.
Do the lenses protect against the sun?
They are transparent with a UV400 rating, so they block UV light but do not cut glare or brightness. For bright daylight, you would want tinted lenses or sunglasses over them.
Will the frame fit me?
The frame is medium, listed at 53-55 mm. That suits most adult faces, but if you normally wear narrow or wide frames, check the temple and bridge measurements before ordering.
What comes in the box?
Expect the glasses, a charging cable and a cleaning cloth or pouch. A hard case and spare lenses are not standard for this type of product, so plan to buy a case separately.
When is it cheapest?
There is no price history for this model yet, so no seasonal low can be identified. Compare across stores before buying and check back after major sale events.
What do buyers say about the Camelparty AI Smart Glasses with 12MP Camera 4K Recording?
