Does the Campark TC27 need a monthly plan?

Yes. It sends photos over 4G LTE, so you need a cellular data plan for the camera. Without one it can still record to a card but cannot send images.

How long does the battery last?

The 10400mAh battery is recharged by the solar panel, so runtime depends on sunlight and how often it uploads. In decent sun it can run for weeks without a manual charge.

What is the night vision range?

Low-glow infrared reaches farther, while color night vision with the white light is rated to about 32ft. Expect black-and-white infrared shots at longer distances.

How much storage does it support?

It accepts cards up to 128GB and also offers cloud storage through the app. A large card is worth adding if you record video.

At $169.99 at CamPark as of November 6, 2026, it is a fair price for a solar cellular camera with 2.5K capture. Only one store lists it new, so compare against rivals that may charge less but lack solar.

Does it work without Wi-Fi?

Yes. It has no Wi-Fi and relies on 4G LTE, so it works anywhere with cellular coverage.
