Is $56 a good price for this shirt?

It is the only new price listed, $56.00 at Grailed as of November 7, 2026, so there is nothing to compare it against. Carhartt short-sleeve button-ups commonly sell in the $40 to $70 range, which puts $56 in the middle.

How does the loose fit run?

Carhartt's loose fit is roomy through the chest and body. If you want a closer fit, consider sizing down one from your usual size.

Will it shrink in the wash?

It is 100% cotton, so some shrinkage is possible. Wash cold and tumble low or line dry to limit it.

Is it warm-weather only?

The short sleeves suit spring and summer on their own. It also works open over a tee or under a jacket in cooler weather.

Just the shirt. No extra buttons or packaging are noted in the listing.
