Is the Turf Tamer good for a golf cart?

Yes. The rounded turf tread is made for grass and fairways, and the 25x12-9 size fits many lifted golf carts and utility carts. Check your cart's clearance before fitting a 25-inch tire.

Will it fit my ATV's rear rim?

It fits a 9-inch rim, 12 inches wide, with an overall diameter of 25 inches. Confirm your machine has clearance for a 25x12-9 rear tire, since stock sizes vary by model.

How does it handle mud?

Poorly compared with a knobby or mud tire. The shallow turf tread is designed to protect grass, so expect limited grip in deep mud, loose dirt or wet hills.

Is a 3-ply tire strong enough?

For carts, light utility work and lawn use, yes. For heavy loads, rocky ground or aggressive trail riding, a higher-ply tire is the safer choice.
