Our take on the CAROTE 31pcs Nonstick Pots and Pans Set, Cookware Sets with Square Pan

A 31-piece aluminum nonstick cookware set built around a square grill pan, with pots, pans, lids and utensils included. The nonstick coating is advertised as dishwasher safe, though hand washing will extend its life. At $199.99 at Amazon as of November 8, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare against. Buyers get a lot of pieces for the money, but the coating and thin aluminum are the parts to watch.

Best forFirst-time kitchen setups and dorm or rental movesHome cooks who want one box to cover most pots and pansBuyers who prefer dishwasher-safe cookwareAnyone who wants a square grill pan plus standard round pieces
Pros
  • Large piece count covers frying, boiling, steaming and grilling
  • Square pan adds grill space and corner-to-corner cooking area
  • Nonstick coating releases eggs and sticky foods easily
  • Advertised as dishwasher safe
  • Light aluminum body is easy to lift and toss
Cons
  • Nonstick coatings on budget sets wear within a few years
  • Thin aluminum heats unevenly and can warp at high heat
  • Large set takes up cabinet and drawer space
  • Hand washing is still safer for the coating than the dishwasher
  • Utensils and lids in big sets are often the weakest pieces

Questions and answers

Is this set worth $199.99?
It is a fair price for 31 pieces, but only if you need most of them. A smaller set of better pans often lasts longer for the same money.
Is the cookware dishwasher safe?
Carote lists it as dishwasher safe. Hand washing is gentler on the nonstick coating and keeps it slick longer.
What is included in the 31 pieces?
Expect a mix of pots, frying pans, the square pan, lids and utensils. The listing counts lids and utensils as pieces, so the number of actual pans is smaller.
Does it work on induction cooktops?
Aluminum nonstick pans generally do not work on induction unless the base has a magnetic layer. Check the base marking before buying for an induction range.
How long does the nonstick coating last?
With hand washing and medium heat, budget nonstick typically stays slick for one to three years of regular use. Metal utensils and high heat shorten that.
When is it cheapest?
Only one new price is listed: $199.99 at Amazon as of November 8, 2026. Watch for set discounts around major sales events.
Where is the CAROTE 31pcs Nonstick Pots and Pans Set, Cookware Sets with Square Pan cheapest?
At Amazon, for $199.99, as of our latest check.
