How much hot water flow can it deliver?

Up to 1.5 GPM at its rated output. That is one shower or one faucet, not both at once.

What breaker and wire does it need?

A 240V circuit on a 30-amp breaker with 10-gauge copper wire, plus a ground. Confirm local code before installing.

Will it work in a cold climate?

Only at reduced flow. Groundwater near 40°F means the 6kW unit can warm water about 40°F at full flow, so you may need to lower the flow rate to reach a comfortable shower temperature.

Can it run a whole house?

No. At 6kW and 1.5 GPM it is a point-of-use heater for one fixture or a small apartment.

The heater, mounting hardware and a user manual. Plumbing fittings and the electrical circuit are not included.
