- Is $78.99 a good price for this desk?
- It is the best new price found as of November 7, 2026, at Walmart, and it sits at the low end of its recent range. A desk with a file cabinet and outlets rarely sells this low.
- How big is the desk once assembled?
- It measures about 63 inches wide, 31.5 inches deep and 29.8 inches tall. Check the corner you plan to use against those figures, since the L-shape needs room on both sides.
- Does it really have power outlets?
- Yes, the desk includes built-in power outlets. That lets you plug in a laptop, monitor or phone charger without running a cable to the wall.
- How much weight can it hold?
- The rated maximum load is 110 lb across the desk. That covers a monitor, laptop, printer and desk accessories, but not a heavy desktop tower plus a full book stack.
- How hard is assembly?
- It ships flat-packed and must be assembled. Expect an hour or more, and a second person helps when lining up the L-shaped sections.
- Can it be used in an office, not just at home?
- The maker lists both residential and commercial use. The engineered-wood top and light frame suit light office duty rather than heavy daily commercial traffic.
