Our take on the Casper Sleep Original Hybrid Mattress, Queen, with Original Pillow Two Pack
The Casper Original Hybrid is a medium-firm hybrid mattress with zoned memory foam over encased springs, a breathable knit cover and CertiPUR-US certified foams. It is Casper's all-rounder, built for back, side and stomach sleepers, and the cover is removable and machine-washable. The queen bundle here also includes two Original pillows. At $796.25 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, the queen is well below Casper's usual list price for this model, so this is a strong price for the mattress alone, with the pillows effectively free.
- Medium-firm hybrid suits all three sleep positions
- Zoned memory foam adds support through the middle
- Encased coils give bounce and airflow, less sink-in than all-foam
- Removable, machine-washable cover
- CertiPUR-US certified foams

Questions and answers
- Is the Casper Original Hybrid good for side sleepers?
- Yes. The medium-firm zoned foam gives shoulder and hip pressure relief, which suits most side sleepers. Very light side sleepers may want something softer.
- Does it come with a foundation or base?
- No. The mattress works with most frames, box springs and adjustable bases, but none is included. Budget for a base if you do not have one.
- How firm is it compared with the all-foam Casper Original?
- It feels firmer and bouncier because of the encased coils. The all-foam version sinks in more and isolates motion better.
- Are the pillows in this bundle the Casper Original Pillow?
- Yes, the bundle pairs the queen mattress with two Original Pillows. They are Casper's standard down-alternative pillow, not a cooling or adjustable model.
- Is $796.25 a good price for the queen?
- It is well below Casper's usual list price for the Original Hybrid queen, and the two pillows are included. At eBay as of November 5, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so compare against Casper's own sales before buying.
- Can the cover be washed?
- Yes. The cover is removable and machine-washable, though it takes time to dry before you put it back on.
