Our take on the Casper The One Mattress Bundle

The Casper The One Mattress Bundle pairs an all-foam mattress with a tool-free Foundation and a waterproof mattress protector, sold as one set. The One is the firmer, simpler option; the bundle also lets you swap in the thicker Cloud One for more cushioning. In Full size the set is $1,002.30 at Casper as of November 4, 2026, the only new price listed, so there is no cheaper store to compare against. Buying the pieces separately usually costs more than the bundle, which is the main reason to take the set.

Best forFirst-time mattress buyers who want the frame and protector in one orderBack and stomach sleepers who prefer a firmer all-foam feelGuest rooms and spare bedrooms that need a complete setupShoppers who want a simple online purchase with delivery
Pros
  • Foundation assembles in minutes without tools
  • Waterproof protector included, so no separate purchase
  • All-foam build with continuous support and no springs to wear out
  • Firmer feel that suits back and stomach sleepers
  • One order covers mattress, base and protection
Cons
  • Some owners report a chemical smell that lingers for weeks
  • Edge support is soft and sinks when you sit on the side
  • A few buyers say the mattress caused back pain
  • Returns go through a third party and may not cover every area
  • Full size is the only size priced here, so other sizes cost more

Questions and answers

Is the Casper bundle worth it over buying the pieces separately?
Usually yes. The bundle adds the Foundation and waterproof protector at one price, and those two items alone often cost a few hundred dollars bought separately. At $1,002.30 for a Full at Casper as of November 4, 2026, the set is the cheaper way to get a complete setup.
Should I pick The One or the Cloud One?
The One is the firmer all-foam mattress with continuous support, best for back and stomach sleepers. The Cloud One adds thicker comfort foams for a cradled, plusher feel, which suits side sleepers and people who like a softer bed.
Does the mattress need a box spring?
No. The included Foundation is the support layer, and it assembles in minutes without tools. You can put the mattress straight on it.
How long does the chemical smell last?
Most owners report the foam smell fades within days, but some say it lingers for weeks. Air the mattress out in the room for a few days before sleeping on it.
What is the return policy on the bundle?
Returns are handled through a third party, and some buyers report the process does not cover every area. Confirm coverage for your ZIP code with Casper before ordering.
When is the bundle cheapest?
Casper discounts bundles around major sales, especially Memorial Day, Labor Day and Black Friday. The current $1,002.30 Full price at Casper as of November 4, 2026 is the only new price listed, so watch for a holiday markdown.
Where is the Casper The One Mattress Bundle cheapest?
At Casper, for $1,002.30, 35% off, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Casper The One Mattress Bundle?
