- Are bulbs included with the set?
- No. Each lamp takes one bulb up to 100W, so you need two bulbs. LED bulbs at 60W equivalent or higher will give good light without the heat of incandescent.
- How tall are the lamps with the shades on?
- About 27.75 inches including the shade. That is tall for a nightstand, so check your table height before buying a pair for the bedroom.
- Is $249.95 a good price for the pair?
- It is the best new price among the two stores listing the set at Best Buy as of November 7, 2026. That works out to about $125 per lamp, which is mid-range for a decorative resin pair with shades.
- Can the lamps be used with a dimmer?
- Only if you add a dimmable bulb and a dimmer switch or smart plug. The lamps themselves have no built-in dimmer.
- Where can these lamps be used?
- Indoor use only. The resin and plastic base is not rated for damp or outdoor spaces like a covered porch.
- Do both lamps have the same base design?
- Yes. The set is two matching double sea turtle lamps with shades, so they work as a pair on either side of a bed or sofa.
