Our take on the Child Craft Surrey Hill Nursery Set, 2-Piece, Includes 4-in-1 Convertible Crib and 3-Drawer Dresser

The Child Craft Surrey Hill set pairs a 4-in-1 convertible crib with a 3-drawer dresser, both finished in a non-toxic, baby-safe coating. The crib has rounded spindles and a mattress support that adjusts to two heights, and it converts from crib to toddler bed, daybed and full-size bed. It meets CPSC and ASTM standards and includes an anti-tip kit for the dresser. The best new price is $879.95 at Target as of November 5, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is little price competition to shop around.

Questions and answers

Is the mattress included?
No. The set includes the crib and the 3-drawer dresser only. The crib takes a standard crib mattress, which you buy separately.
What does the crib convert into?
It is a 4-in-1 crib: crib, toddler bed, daybed and full-size bed. Check that the conversion rails for the full-size bed are included or sold separately before you buy.
What size mattress does the crib take?
A standard crib mattress. The support adjusts to two heights, so you can lower it as your child grows.
Is the finish safe for a baby?
Child Craft describes the finish as non-toxic and baby-safe, and the crib meets CPSC and ASTM standards.
Is $879.95 a good price for the set?
Only one store lists it new at $879.95 as of November 5, 2026, so there is no competing new price to compare against. Compare it with buying a comparable crib and dresser separately.
Does the dresser need to be anchored?
Yes. An anti-tip kit is included, and the dresser should be secured to the wall, especially in a child's room.
