Does $243.47 buy the whole sofa?

At that eBay price it is most likely a single module or a small configuration. Confirm the piece count in the listing before buying.

Is the leather real or bonded?

Chita Living lists the material as leather but does not specify grade at this price. Expect a corrected or bonded grain rather than full aniline hide.

Can I add modules later?

Yes, that is the point of a modular sofa. Check that the same colorway is still stocked before relying on it.

How do I clean the cushions?

The cushions are removable, so covers can be taken off for spot cleaning. Wipe leather with a damp cloth and avoid harsh solvents.

The $243.47 eBay price as of November 7, 2026 is the lowest seen recently. Watch for seasonal furniture sales for further drops.

Our take on the Chita Living Brendon Modular Sofa

The Brendon is a modular leather sofa from Chita Living with a wood frame, pillow back and removable cushions. Modules can be arranged to fit a room, and the leather comes in cream, green, saddle and two-tone combinations. The best new price is $243.47 at eBay as of November 7, 2026, far below what a full leather sectional usually costs, so check how many pieces that price covers.

Pros

Modular pieces can be reconfigured or added over time
Leather upholstery wipes clean easily
Removable cushions simplify cleaning and flipping
Pillow back gives a softer, casual look
Wood frame is a sturdier base than particleboard

Cons
