Is the CHULUX Slim-Pro worth it at $49.99?

At $49.99 at chulux.com as of November 3, 2026, it is priced like a budget single-serve brewer. You pay for the slim footprint and the Over Ice mode rather than capacity or features. If counter space is your main constraint, it is a reasonable buy.

How does it compare with a Keurig K-Mini?

Both are narrow single-serve brewers. The Slim-Pro adds a 14oz removable reservoir and three brew modes, while the K-Mini has a fixed reservoir you fill each time. The Slim-Pro is taller at 14 inches, so check cabinet clearance.

Can it brew over ice without watering down the coffee?

The Over Ice mode is designed to brew a stronger, more concentrated cup so the ice does not dilute it too much. Use a full glass of ice and the Rich setting if you want more intensity.

What comes in the box?

The brewer, a removable 14oz water reservoir and a permanent filter. K-Cups are not included, so buy pods separately.

Does it take ground coffee or only K-Cups?

It is built for K-Cup pods. The permanent filter is for the pod holder, not a full ground-coffee brew basket, so loose grounds are not the intended use.
